Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs all recurring product subscriptions offered by That’s Besties LLC (“That’s Besties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

When you enroll in a That’s Besties® subscription:

  • You select your product(s).
  • You select your delivery frequency.
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the selected interval.
  • Products will be shipped according to your selected schedule.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AUTHORIZATION

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorize That’s Besties® to:

  • Charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
  • Continue charging at the selected frequency
  • Automatically renew your subscription until canceled

This authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription.

3. BILLING

  • Your first charge occurs at checkout.
  • Future charges occur on your recurring billing date.
  • You will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If pricing changes, we will provide advance notice before your next billing cycle.

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the payment method.
  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel:

  • Log into your account dashboard, OR
  • Email subscriptions@thatsbesties.com

Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

  • If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has processed, the order will be fulfilled and shipped, and cancellation will apply to future cycles.
  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed.

5. SKIPPING OR MODIFYING ORDERS

You may:

  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update shipping address

Changes must be made before your next billing date.

6. REFUNDS

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Once a subscription order has processed and shipped, it is non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

7. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Subscription discounts or promotional pricing:

  • Apply only during the promotional period
  • May have minimum purchase requirements
  • May be modified or discontinued at our discretion

If a subscription is canceled and later reactivated, promotional pricing may not be reinstated.

8. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate billing information
  • Updating expired payment methods
  • Ensuring correct shipping information

That’s Besties® is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect account information.
