9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended.
3. SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped via USPS or other carriers as selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
That’s Besties® is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist where possible.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Delays caused by incorrect addresses

Packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If international shipping is offered:
