Refund policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from That’s Besties®. Because we sell personal hygiene and hardware products, certain return limitations apply.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused

Item must be in original packaging

Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be approved before being shipped back.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale:

Feminine wipes
-
Period products (pads, tampons)
-
Opened consumable products
-
Clearance or promotional items
We cannot accept returns on hygiene products once shipped unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives:

Damaged
-
Defective
-
Incorrect
You must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.

Description of issue
-
Photos of product and packaging
If approved, we will:

Replace the item, or
-
Issue a refund at our discretion
4. DISPENSER RETURNS
Dispensers may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

Product is unused and uninstalled
-
Original packaging is intact
Approved dispenser returns are subject to:

$50 restocking fee per unit
-
Return shipping costs (customer responsibility unless defective)
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
5. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has:

Been processed
-
Or shipped
It is non-refundable unless defective.
Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
6. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return:

Include: Order number + reason for return
If approved, you will receive:

Return authorization instructions

Shipping address
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:

9. REFUSAL OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Show signs of use

Are damaged due to misuse

Are returned outside the eligible window
10. COMMERCIAL / BULK ORDERS
For B2B or bulk orders:

All sales are final unless defective.

Freight claims must be noted at time of delivery.

Damage must be reported within five (5) business days.
Additional terms may apply under separate commercial agreements.
11. POLICY CHANGES
