Our mission is simple: expand access to quality period care and make the experience feel human, thoughtful, and intentional. By working together, we’re not just stocking products — we’re supporting dignity and everyday confidence.

To keep everything smooth, clear, and aligned, we’ve outlined our Terms & Conditions below. They’re here to protect both of us and make sure our partnership runs beautifully.

  • Don’t wait too late, together we're making a promise to ensure we provide reliable access to hygiene products! Running low? Don’t wait until you're fully out. We recommend placing your reorder when you begin your final case.

    Reorder Options

    Option 1 – Online Account Portal

    Log into your That’s Besties account to place your reorder. Inside your portal, you can access:

    • Pricing
    • Payment terms
    • Tax-exempt status (if applicable)
    • Order history

    Option 2 – Reorder Request Form

    No portal? No problem. Submit our reorder form and our team will take care of you.

    Option 3 – Auto-Replenishment (Recommended)

    Want one less thing to think about?

    Email contact@thatsbesties.com to set up recurring shipments.

  • We got you, bestie, so we're keeping it flexible.

    • We Accept: Credit Cards, ACH, or old-school Checks.
    • The Terms: We offer Pay-in-Advance or Net Terms (for the planners).
    • Late Fees: Please pay by the due date on your invoice. Life happens, but invoices unpaid by the due date will rack up a 2% monthly interest fee. Let’s avoid that awkwardness!
    Available Terms

    • Net Terms (subject to approval)

    All invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.

    No deductions may be made without prior written authorization from That’s Besties.

    Credit Approval

    All orders are subject to credit approval at the sole discretion of That’s Besties.

    We may request credit references at any time.

  • Once you click "Order," our team jumps into action.

    Order Acceptance

    Once your order is submitted:

    • We take about 2 business days to confirm everything.
    • Placement of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
    • Additional information may be required prior to fulfillment.

    If we need clarification (PO mismatch, missing documentation, pricing discrepancies), our team will reach out before processing. We won't ship until we’re both on the same page!

    Order Accuracy

    Before approving or paying your sales order, it is your responsibility to confirm:

    • Ship-To Address
    • Bill-To Address
    • Product Quantities
    • Pricing
    • Payment Terms

    That’s Besties is not responsible for inaccuracies that were approved or confirmed by the customer.

    Processing Times

    Parcel Orders

    Ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking will be emailed.

    LTL / FTL Shipments

    Ship within 5 business days. Carrier tracking details provided via email.

    Carriers may contact you directly to schedule delivery.

    Delivery Timeframes

    Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after approval.

    Delivery dates are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other external factors are not the responsibility of That’s Besties.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    We begin fulfillment within 48 hours.

    To request a cancellation or modification:

    • Email contact@thatsbesties.com
    • Subject line: URGENT – Order #_____

    We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun, but we will do our best.

    Freight Structure

    Freight quotes are valid for 30 days.

    Prepaid freight does not include accessorial charges such as:

    • Lift gate
    • Residential delivery
    • Redelivery
    • Inside delivery
    • Sort/segregate
    • Lumper fees

    If special delivery requirements are needed, they must be submitted in writing prior to shipment.

    Failed delivery attempts will be billed to the customer.

    That’s Besties selects the freight carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If something isn’t right — don't trip, we’ll make it right.

    Contact contact@thatsbesties.com within 5 business days if:

    • Quantity is incorrect
    • Wrong product was sent
    • Product arrived damaged

    You may be asked to:

    • Provide photos
    • Return incorrect items

    We will provide return instructions where necessary.

    Returns & Exchanges
    Dispensers
    • Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days
    • Must be unused and in original packaging
    • $50 restocking fee per dispenser
    • Return authorization required (RMA)
    • Credit/refund issued after inspection
    Product (ie. sanitary napkins, tampons, wet wipes)
    • Due to the hygienic nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on period products.
    • Unused product may be donated.

  • Your That's Besties Dispenser include a 1-year limited warranty from date of receipt under normal use.

    Covered

    • Manufacturing defects
    • Defective parts (repair or replacement)

    Not Covered

    • Normal wear and tear
    • Misuse, vandalism, accident, or improper installation
    • Cosmetic damage (unless reported within 30 days)
    • Use of non–That’s Besties refill cartridges

    Warranty is void if third-party refills are used.

  • Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    That’s Besties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping delays, or order discrepancies beyond the value of the products purchased.

    Intellectual Property

    All That’s Besties® branding, product design, messaging, and materials remain the exclusive property of That’s Besties®.

    Use of logos or branded materials must be approved in writing.
